Know the path. Read the formation. Drill with control.

Directional execution and real-time data for accurate well placement and faster field decisions.

Directional drilling

Profiles engineered for the reservoir objective.

LANDOIL supports straight-hole, displacement, horizontal, multilateral, underbalanced, re-entry, and open-hole sidetrack applications. Our operating range covers common hole sizes from 6 3/4 inches to 12 1/4 inches, with other sizes arranged to suit the program.

Directional profile capability

  • Build and hold profiles and S-curves
  • Extended reach laterals
  • Medium and short radius build sections
  • Open-hole multilaterals and sidetracks
  • Re-entry sidetracks and complex trajectories
Measurement while drilling equipment

MWD / LWD

Real-time data at the point of decision.

Measurement While Drilling supports accurate directional surveying through curves, laterals, sidetracks, and straight-hole control. Logging While Drilling adds real-time formation insight for well placement, rate of penetration, borehole stability, and formation evaluation.

  • Directional and gamma measurement systems
  • High-speed while-drilling data transmission
  • Tool service, testing, and qualified technical support
  • Formation data for timely geosteering decisions

Mud Logging

Our mud logging systems examine cuttings, gas, fluids, hydraulics, and mechanical indicators to reduce reservoir uncertainty, identify hydrocarbons, manage hazards, and improve drilling efficiency. Available services include gas chromatography, calcimetry, digital cuttings imaging, shale factor, shale density, and geochemistry.

Gyro Surveying

North-seeking gyro capability supports orientation, kick-off, cased and open-hole surveys, slickline memory work, multishot surveys, and drill-pipe drop surveys where rig time matters.

Wireline & Formation Evaluation

Open hole

Resistivity, radioactivity, imaging, pressure testing, sampling, sidewall coring, and pipe-conveyed logging.

Cased hole

Pipe recovery, cement evaluation, saturation measurement, production logging, perforation, bridge plugs, and packer setting.
